Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At The Poppington, we take great care to ensure that every piece you select meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged.
For reasons of hygiene, swimwear and lingerie are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Clients are welcome to:
- Exchange the item for another available piece, or
- Receive a store credit for the value of the purchase, redeemable at any time.
Store credit has no expiry date and may be used toward any future purchase online or in our showroom.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client. Exchanges can also be completed in person at our showroom.
